Terms and Conditions

1. Project Specifications
1.1 The client is responsible for providing a BRIEF (project specifications) to STNS Development to receive an accurate and legal quotation.
1.2 If the client requires assistance in completing the BRIEF, STNS Development may provide support in creating it, with the time allocated by STNS Development subject to the agreed rates with the client.

2. Quoting
2.1 Quotes are valid for 5 (five) calendar days from the documented date of the Quotation.
2.2 Quotes do not include domain name registration or hosting fees unless otherwise specified.

3. Acknowledgement
3.1 By signing the Quotation, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

4. Rates and Deposit
4.1 Payment is made in full according to the hours worked and the agreed rates.

5. Providing Materials
5.1 The client must provide all materials and information requested by us to complete the work in accordance with any agreed specification. Such materials may include, but are not limited to, photographs, written content, logos, and other printed materials.
5.2 In the event of any delay in providing these materials, resulting in a delay in completing the work, STNS Development reserves the right to extend previously agreed deadlines by a reasonable amount.

6. Variations
6.1 STNS Development offers the possibility of making minor revisions to products and/or services. However, the following tools are used to define the correct design path for each client:

Stylescapes - to establish the design direction
Wireframe - first draft of the project for review
If the client still wishes to review the products and/or services offered after agreeing to the two aforementioned provisions, this is allowed in small quantities subject to their complexity.
6.2 The website development phase is flexible and allows for minor modifications compared to the original specification. However, any major deviation from the specification will be charged at the agreed rate.

7. Project Delays and Client Responsiveness
7.1 Feedback - Any timeframes or estimates we provide depend on your complete cooperation and the provision of complete and final content for working pages. At all stages of the Project, a certain amount of feedback is necessary to move on to subsequent stages. It is necessary for a single point of contact to be named on your part and to be available daily to expedite the feedback process.

8. Approval of Materials
8.1 Upon completion of the materials, the client will be notified and will have the opportunity to review them before they are placed online on the client’s server. Any unsatisfactory aspects must be brought to our attention in writing within 5 working days of this notification. Any material that is not reported in writing as unsatisfactory during this 5-day period is considered approved.

9. Rejected Materials
9.1 If the client decides to terminate the project at any time, all fees up to that work stage will be calculated.
9.2 Hosting and domain fees are non-refundable as they are paid in advance.

10. Guarantee
10.1 Guarantee for Intellectual Property Rights Ownership: The client must obtain all necessary permissions and authorities regarding the use of all copies, graphic images, registered company logos, names and trademarks, or any other material provided to include on the website or web applications. We will be indemnified and not legally responsible for any legal action related to the website content.
10.2 STNS Development offers the client a three-month warranty for the aforementioned project, after which STNS Development cannot be held responsible for development, design, content, or CMS (Content Management System) issues that may arise.

11. Subcontracting
We reserve the right to subcontract any services agreed to be provided to you as we see fit.

12. Confidentiality
We (and any subcontractors we collaborate with) agree not to disclose your confidential information to any third party at any time.
